Welcome to the official homepage of Shaolin Temple Los Angeles! Shaolin Temple Los Angeles is recognized and sanctioned by the Abbot Shi Yongxin of Shaolin Temple in China. We proudly offer authentic and traditional training of the Shaolin Culture. Shaolin training is supervised by Venerable Master Shi Yan Fan, 34th Generation Shaolin Warrior Monk, Master in the art of Qi Gong. As one of the co-founders of the Shaolin Association of North America Master Shi Yan Fan is officially the first Shaolin Warrior Monk to be ordained and branded with the sacred marks called Jieba at Songshan Shaolin Temple China in an ancient ceremony that had been partially revived by the Chinese Government in 2007. Here at Shaolin Temple Los Angeles, we offer the practice of Chan Buddhist philosophy, healthy exercise through meditative movements, balance of body and mind and much, much more! Shaolin Temple Los Angeles is a NON-Competitive family facility. Shaolin training is open to all ages, genders, and athletic abilities. Anyone can practice Shaolin!
