The Qi Gong training levels offered are beginner, intermediate, advanced, soft fist, and iron body.

Venerable Master Shi Yanfan performs Shaolin Rou Quan (Soft Fist)


Rou Chuan is a traditional Tai Chi form directly from the senior masters of the renowned Shaolin Temple of China.


This beautiful Tai Chi form is taught by the Ven. Abbot Shi Yanfan for the advanced level students. Mastery of this form takes many years but can be practiced for a lifetime.
